		<description>[...] The seminar, summarised my work to date over the last eight months on both the day job - the Ergonomics: Real Design Exhibition (working with Mark Young and The Design Museum) and my part-time masters  titled &#8216;Intrinsically Motivating Design&#8217; (which is co-supervised by Mark Young and Hua Dong). Preparing the presentation really helped focus my energies towards the latter and this week has seen me take my blogging effort up a few notches as I aim to reflect more on the role of motivation within design.
