For the speed radar sign, my feeling is that the better strategy is to display something regardless of whether the car is travelling over or under the posted limit.  The reason I prefer this option is that it provides stronger reinforcement that you are doing the &#039;right&#039; thing when you are under the legal speed limit - whereas if there is nothing displayed on the sign, the feedback may be ambiguous (for example, it might simply mean that the sign is not working or there was some sort of problem registering your speed).</description>
